Seller and contact

Business customers
Licences are sold only to businesses. Before accepting an order, the seller confirms company details and the number of licences.
Educational licence
A university may receive a free, perpetual licence for the Traffic Flow educational edition for teaching and academic research, excluding commercial commissioned work. Send a request to [email protected]. The number of devices and key delivery are confirmed individually. The educational edition is marked in the app and on diagrams. Downloading the installer alone does not grant activation or use beyond the agreed scope.
Software and licence
Traffic Flow is installed on Windows 11. It visualises traffic data and compares scenarios; results do not replace engineering judgement. The free trial lasts 7 days. A paid licence is perpetual. Activation and the start of the trial require internet access. After licence confirmation, offline use lasts until the date shown in the app, up to 30 days after the last online check.
Orders and payment
Order licences by email at [email protected]. Before payment, the seller confirms the order and sends a pro forma invoice with the amount and bank transfer details. After payment, the seller emails the licence key and issues a VAT invoice. Several licences may be purchased in one order. Website prices exclude VAT; the amount payable is stated on the pro forma invoice.
Activation and transfer
The number of simultaneously active devices follows the number of purchased licences and the order confirmation. Users may deactivate one computer and activate another. Do not share the key with unauthorised people. Contact us if a transfer fails.
Complaints
Send software or key complaints to [email protected]. Describe the issue and provide information sufficient to identify the purchase. Do not send a password or full key unless necessary. Statutory consumer rights concerning digital content remain in force.
Withdrawal
If the law grants a particular business buyer a right to withdraw, that buyer may exercise it within the statutory period by writing to the contact address. The exception for digital content supplied early applies only after all statutory conditions are met. Downloading the public installer or starting a free trial does not waive rights on a later purchase.
Final provisions
The website materials and software are protected by copyright. Providing the installer does not grant an open source licence. Changes to these terms apply to future orders and do not limit existing contracts or mandatory legal rights.
