Legal information and privacy

This site presents Macrosim Traffic Flow, the Traffic Flow EDU edition, Calc PL and the upcoming Traffic Import. It provides download pages for available software and links to files on GitHub. Our website code contains no forms, advertising or marketing analytics. Language selection uses the page URL, without cookies or browser storage.

When you open the site, infrastructure provider Cloudflare receives connection data, including your IP address, request time and browser information. This is needed to deliver the site and protect against abuse. The legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest in operating and securing the site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits and page views and see which pages are visited. It does not store analytics cookies or identifiers in your browser. These statistics help us assess website performance and interest in the site.

Cloudflare serves this website. Download links take you to GitHub. These providers may process data outside the EEA; their policies and safeguards are described in the documents linked below.

You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, or object, as provided by the GDPR. You may complain to the Polish data protection authority, UODO. For privacy requests, write to the controller’s postal address above.

Traffic Flow visualises traffic data, Calc PL supports road geometry and pavement structure calculations, and the upcoming Traffic Import is intended for organising and analysing traffic measurements. Results require user verification and engineering judgement. Providing an installer does not grant an open-source licence. Purchased licence terms follow the agreed offer or contract. Messages sent to [email protected] are forwarded by Cloudflare to the administrator’s Gmail inbox. We use the address and message to respond and manage correspondence, retaining them as long as needed to complete it and where required by law. The basis is action requested by the sender or legitimate interest in handling enquiries.

This website code does not store advertising or analytics identifiers. Cloudflare may use technically necessary cookies to protect the site. Dismissal of the cookie notice is remembered only for the current browser session.
